Tibet, an area on which China has illegally occupied. At the same time, it has made the life of Tibetans worse than hell. There, the Chinese Communist Party has started a huge data center in Lhasa to keep a close watch on these Tibetans, where it is collecting data samples of Tibetans.
Regarding this data center, the Chinese Communist media says that the main purpose of this data center is data collection and application dissemination at the regional level. But the reality is that through this data center, the Chinese Communist government closely monitors all the activities and genetic conditions related to the lives of local Tibetans.
Regarding this data center, experts and human rights activists from all over the world say that since its inception, policing and monitoring by the Chinese Communist Party has increased in Tibet.
In fact, such information has also come to light that the Chinese Communist Administration has also collected blood samples of Tibetan citizens in this data center, so that their genetic characteristics and conditions will also be investigated.
According to the information received, this data center has been made similar to the already established high-class data centers in cities like Shanghai and Zhejiang. That is why it is feared that China will use it for special surveillance on Tibetan citizens. Because China also uses data centers in Shanghai, Sichuan and Zhejiang to illegally monitor its citizens.
According to the information revealed in the Chinese media, the construction of this data center started in the year 2017, which has been built at an altitude of 3656 meters. In fact, the plan of Chinese Communist dictator Xi Jinping is believed to be behind this data center in Tibet, who has further hardened the communist system in the Tibet region during his tenure.
The Chinese government media has also said different things about this data center at different times, due to which the apprehension has increased further. When this data center was ready, Chinese state media described it as a means of collecting data related to Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh.
But later Xinhua News (Chinese government media) said that the purpose of this data center is to promote cultural tourism including government work, economic progress, finance, emergency fire fighting system, border activities and collect information related to it.
However, human rights experts around the world have been repeatedly rejecting this claim of the Chinese Communist Party. These experts say that such a data center would almost end the personal freedom of Tibetans.
Blood samples from local Tibetans were being taken by the Chinese Communist Administration even before the data center was started. Disclosing this matter, Human Rights Watch shared an information in September 2022 that the blood samples of Tibetan citizens are being forcibly taken by the Chinese Communist Administration, whose purpose is only to increase policing surveillance.
The organization had told that during this period DNA samples were taken arbitrarily in many villages and towns of Tibet.
The taking of DNA of Tibetans by the Chinese Communist Administration has also been confirmed through some official reports. In fact, in April 2022, a report was released by the Lhasa Municipality, which said that blood samples from small children (kindergarten children) to local elders were being taken for DNA testing.
Prior to this, in the year 2020 also, blood samples of all boys above 5 years of age were being taken in Qinghai city of Tibet. Sophie Richardson, head of China affairs at Human Rights Watch, has clearly called it repression of the Chinese Communist government.
He has said that Tibetans are already being exploited by the Chinese Communist government, their freedom is being taken away, while now their DNA samples are being forcibly taken to strengthen the surveillance system.
A genetics institute affiliated with the University of Toronto also claimed that blood samples of Tibetans have been taken by the Chinese Communist government since 2016.
China bent on making life of Tibetans hell
It has also been revealed in the report of Human Rights Watch that the DNA samples are being taken by the data center not only of the natives of Tibet, but also of the citizens temporarily residing in Tibet. Apart from this, it has also been said that the residents are not allowed to refuse to give this sample.
Actually, these activities being done by China are not limited to collecting data only. According to the information received by the Chinese Communist Administration, pregnant women are being mainly focused and their samples are being taken.
Apart from this, there has also been a report that the Chinese Communist forces forcefully take these pregnant women and insert an electric device in their genitals, through which the unborn child is given an electric shock, causing them to have an abortion.
There is no one to hear and see this painful life of Tibetan women, they have no other option but to bear the dictatorial attitude of the Chinese Communist government.
Tibetan women who are living in exile in India have told many times how Tibetan women are oppressed by the Chinese Communist government.
Apart from this, the Chinese Communist administration is very strict on Tibet's small children and elders. From reducing the number of people of Tibetan origin to eradicating Tibetan culture, the Chinese Communist Party has used a variety of strategies.
The number of Han Chinese is being increased by settling in the Tibetan area, emphasis is being placed on teaching Mandarin in Tibetan schools. Lhasa has now completely become a cantonment of the Chinese army and the life of Tibetans is a complete hell.
