West Bengal : Atrocities under Mamta's rule and How many Sandeshkhali ?

The country is shocked by the incidents of 'Sandeshkhali', in West Bengal. It is sad that under the rule of Mamata Banerjee, who is the biggest advocate of the Constitution, the situation is such that not just one, many 'Sandeshkhali' like areas have come up, where honour and respect of women is being torn apart. In West Bengal an orgy of violence can happen anywhere and due to appeasement politics , the majority Hindu community can be killed at any time. Love Jihad, Land Jihad and foreign infiltration have become an everyday occurrence here. Still look how shameless it is! On the contrary, Mamta Didi is blaming BJP and Sangh Parivar for all the shortcomings and is saying whatever fits into her narrative without any concrete evidence.

Today “Sandeshkhali” is not the only burning, rather, 16 out of 23 districts of this state are victims of violence to some degree or the other. It was a good thing, on January 5, the Enforcement Directorate team reached the 'Sandeshkhali' residence of TMC leader Shahjahan Shaikh to investigate the ration scam. Only then did the truth came out otherwise it had not come out for years due to fear. It was sheer chance for the victims to appear in front of the world. The women here have been freed from the long-held idea of suppressing them.

How pathetic the condition of women in 'Sandeshkhali' is reflected in her statements, in which she is openly saying, 'A woman has a husband, but that husband does not have any right over his wife. Some men have had to leave their wives forever because TMC goons are keeping them with them.'' Women are screaming and narrating the atrocities committed on them. One victim explained , how Shahjahan Sheikh and his supporters sexually harassed her. Shahjahan Sheikh's henchmen used to come at night and forcibly take her away and release her only in the morning.

Trinamool Congress people conduct door-to-door surveys in the villages. If a beautiful woman or girl is seen in a house, she is taken to the party office, then that woman is kept there for several nights. Complains were done to the police, but never received any help. One woman even told how they used to target women. If we refused to go near them, they would take the men of the house and beat them. This happened so that we were forced to go to them. Apart from Shahjahan Sheikh, she is blaming TMC leaders Uttam Sardar and Shivprasad Hazara for these terrible excess.

Whatever has come to light in 'Sandeshkhaali' has not happened for the first time. Earlier, a Hindu Scheduled Caste woman was gang-raped by anti-social Muslims in Basanti Assembly of South 24 Parganas. When RSS volunteers came forward to protest against the incident, these Muslim rapists killed four Sangh volunteers. There are hundreds of incidents of gang-rape with Hindu women. Whenever someone raised his voice against them, he was killed or his house was burnt. This area is dominated by Muslim gangsters like Sheikh Shahjahan who are involved in crimes like smuggling, drugs, weapons, beef, etc. People like Shahjahan Sheikh, who are involved in settling Rohingya and Bangladeshi infiltrators and committing dozens of crimes and inhuman acts, have amassed illegal wealth worth billions from their illegal earnings. They have several thousand bighas of land and look at their courage, they openly challenge that they have come from Bangladesh, if anyone has the guts then they should come forward, no one can touch us in this part of India?

It is surprising to see that there is only one woman Chief Minister here, but how she is committing atrocities on half of her own population for the sake of vote bank, you will hardly find any other example bigger than this! In which lakhs of women are forced to endure atrocities. A survey of Gaon Connection was conducted here a few years ago, in which it was found that the women of West Bengal consider themselves the most unsafe in the country. In this survey conducted in 19 states, 72.9 percent people of West Bengal said that the environment is not such that one can feel safe while going out of the house.

National Crime Records Bureau figures show that West Bengal is at the forefront in cases of missing women. Maximum cases have been reported in Kolkata, Nadia, Barasat, Barrackpur, Murshidabad, Hooghly, Howrah, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, West Medinipur, Purba Medinipur, Purulia, North and South Dinajpur, Bankura, Jhargram. West Bengal also ranks among the leading states in crimes against women. Recently, the Governor of West Bengal visited "Sandeshkhali", after meeting the women here, the Governor could not stop himself and said that 'I heard the words of the mothers and sisters of Sandeshkhali, I could not believe that This can also happen in the land of Rabindranath Tagore. This is a matter of shame for any civilized society.

It is also important to understand that today “Sandeshkhali” area in West Bengal is not the only sensitive one. Under Mamata's rule, the state ranks first and second in terms of acid attacks, molestation, rape and human trafficking. Murshidabad and Malda have reached the most dangerous situation here. Last year, the National Investigation Agency had raided 14 different locations and arrested suspects of Popular Front of India and Al Qaeda from here. That they were conspiring to spread terror in different parts of the country.

The long term goal of the terrorist group was to cut off these two districts and the border areas of Assam and Jharkhand from the country. Till now many volunteers and patriots have been killed here along with their families. Huge consignments of explosives are recovered here every day. Kaliachak area of Malda is compared to Afghanistan. In such a situation, it has now become necessary that the Central Government takes strict steps regarding West Bengal. In the interest of the country, not only President's rule but also identifying illegal infiltrators and showing them the way out is the need of the hour. Only then will there be population balance and only then the Hindus living here will feel safe.
