This is the last article in a series of five articles where we delve into a comprehensive analysis of human rights abuses occurring within communist dictatorships and Islamic regimes. In this final article, we're cocluding the series with observing peoples condition in both regime. In last four articles we had examine how common people are affected and the multifaceted (in both regime) ways in which they experience exploitation, encompassing economic, social, cultural, and psychological aspects. Through this article series we tried to uncover the realities and shed light on human rights violations in different contexts.

Islamic nations and Communist states are the ideologically wrecked —pillars established on the unethical grounds, on the graves of innocents they slaughtered to edifice their destructive beliefs by uprooting the culture established.

Either it’s the Islamic revolution or the Communist revolution both were thrust over the innocent citizens unaware of the outcomes, with the hope and faith of peace and prosperity. The renaissance both the revolutions were entrusted to bring, is what the citizens there are now fighting for.

From the utopian structure of living the revolutions and revolutionaries sought to bring to the citizens fighting for their mere right to live — it's always the innocent citizens paying for the dream of ‘life’.

The Islamic regime and Communist regime both have been subjected to criticism across the political spectrum. Their rule has been criticised by every single soul understanding humanity.

Apart from the risings and protests they faced outside the nation by diplomats and various organisations, it was/is the domestic dissent by the citizens that always stood as a challenge for the despotic rule.

And since these nations are formed , their tyrranical rulers are found with the bloods of thousands in their hands. And the bloodshed history of theirs leading to totalitarianism, political repression, restrictions of human rights, persecution of minorities, poor economic performance, cultural artistic censorship — destruction is what the current condition of the victim nations are.

Crimes against Humanity

It’s more than 100 years after the Bolshevik Revolution in which a communist regime first grasped power, and 30 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall, one-fifth of the world’s population still lives under communist regimes in China, Cuba. As witnessed freedom is ‘lost’ in these grounds.

Crimes against humanity under communist regimes have occurred since the previous centuries, including forced deportations, massacres, torture, forced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, terror, ethnic cleansing, and enslavement, as well as deliberate starvation of people (during the Holodomor and the Great Leap Forward).

Additional events included the use of genocide, conspiracy to commit genocide, and complicity in genocide. Such events have been described as crimes against humanity ,not as a piece of literature but the recorded nightmares of many who survived.

(The 2008 Prague Declaration on European Conscience and Communism stated that crimes which were committed in the name of communism should be assessed as crimes against humanity.)

In reference to the Islamic regime, The Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights concludes that in Syria and Iraq, Daesh (ISIS) has committed genocidal acts against the Yazidi, Christian and non-Sunni Muslim minorities with intent to destroy those groups, in whole or in part, as well as other crimes under international law. Wherever these terrorists deepen their roots, it always resulted in ‘destruction of civilization '

Ideology of Humanity ?

The inception points of the nations formed by overthrowing the incumbent government, destroying the established cultures, sweeping the whole civilization away is the only culture of regimes laid by Communism and Islam.

Wherever these regimes are prevailing they have began not only the threat to the citizens their, but also to the whole civilization—the whole Humanity.

Islamic & Communist Regimes An Open Prison

Blemishing of the fundamental rights, right to life and liberty, security, freedom from torture, slavery, illogical and random detention, right to justice, freedom of expression, assembly and association, right to education, healthcare, right to work and right to participate in cultural life are the quintessential on which the rudiments of these nations are formed.

There is no freedom, and saying ‘there is no freedom’ is much more an understatement as compared to the conditions there. The life in these nations is worth. And the daily news reports, again and again give relevance to the mentioned above situations.

Status of women and minorities

Islamic nations formed on the characterization of rejection of plurality, tolerate no sense of women or minorities at the forefront.

The only place where women and minorities are found is detention camps, prisons or dead. Both regimes are continuously accused for maltreating the minorities and women, and the previous examples of the heinousness faced by them , mentioned in the previous articles is just a slight glimpse to it.

Wherever the Islamic and Communist Regimes established, they destroyed history, culture, heritage of the citizens residing. What the citizens were/are left with is the imposed notion of dictatorship on the common grounds of sorrow.
