Why Delhi as the capital in 1911? The Move From Calcutta. Lord Hardinge, the then viceroy, layout some reasons to move the capital from Calcutta to Delhi. Some of the reasons were:
To move the capital to a centrally located place.
Bengal especially Calcutta became the epicenter for the independence movement and at the same time Bengal witnessed partition by Lord Curzon. Due to this Calcutta witnessed political assassinations where the British office bearers were killed by freedom fighters and it was becoming very difficult for the britishers to run the country from Calcutta, the then capital.
As Delhi was capital of previous kings right from the Pandavas as Indraprasth to the Mughals, British considered it as a safe and appropriate place to run the country.
Hardinge's plan was approved by British officials and King George Vth who only six months later during his visit to India, the first by a British monarch, announced the reunification of Bengal and the immediate move of the capital to Delhi.
Herbert Baker and Edwin Lutyens who lead the group of architects were the architects who were given the task to design the new capital. In the year 1911, Delhi replaced Kolkata as the capital of India and in the year 1931, on this day, February 13, Lord Irwin inaugurated New Delhi as the capital after the construction of the city completed in 1931 Some of the famous architectures designed by Lutyens and Baker were Rashtrapati Bhavan (then Viceroy House), Secretariat, Government offices.
The Lutyens Bungalow Zone covers an area of about 26 km All land and buildings in the LBZ belong to the central government, except for 254.5 acres, which is in private hands. It is a very important and expensive zone in New Delhi. There are about 1000 bungalows in the LBZ, of which less than ten percent are in private hands.
In 2013, it was reported that the market value of the 254.5 acres (103.0 ha) of land in private hands in the LBZ had increased eightfold in the previous ten years, from around Rs 6,100 crores to Rs 49.000 crores.
In June 2014, Rajiv Rattan, India bulls co-founder, bought a 2.920-square-yard (2.440 m) plot for Rs 220 crore.
In December 2016, Renuka Talwar, daughter of DLF Chairman KP Singh, acquired bungalow on Prithviraj Road for 435 crore INR in one of the biggest deals for a property in Lutyens' Delhi.
Around the great green expanse of the LBZ is a thick swathe of green, a glacis of trees, and manicured lawns, and grand buildings, that protect and cushion LBZ from the swirl and swarm of Delhi's crowded parts: on the west is the vast wooded area of the Delhi Ridge, adjoining the grand acres of the Presidential Estate, to the west and south is Nehru Park, the Race Course, the Air force station, the Delhi Gymkhana Club, Safdarjung Airport.
Safdarjung Tomb, and the Diplomatic enclave; to the south is the Lodi Gardens, with its fabulous Lodhi era tombs, and remains; on the SE are great lavishly tended greens of Delhi Golf Club, with its Mughal era ruins, and beyond the Golf course, on the edge of the LBZ boundary is the green stretch of National Zoological Park, lakes, the Purana Qila, and the Humayun's Tomb. The contiguous areas are lavished with as much care by the government as the LBZ. Those who can't buy into the LBZ buy into the contiguous areas, like Jhor Bagh, where property prices are almost as steep as in the LBZ.
The official residence of the Prime Minister of India is at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg a complex of five bungalows, spread over 12 acres. The former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, also resided here. He was allotted a Type VIII bungalow, on 3 Motilal Nehru Marg, previously occupied by Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit, on 27 February 2014 by Kamal Nath Minister of Urban Development, on account of his being Rajya Sabha MP from Assam. Former Prime Ministers, not a member of Parliament (MP), are not entitled to a government bungalow, however, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, another former Prime Minister and not a Member of any house, has resided in a bungalow on Krishna Menon Marg since 2005.
The Main Concept - Narrative Building in Urban Naxal Ecosystem:
The above information is that we want you to visualise a geographical location that is considered as Lutyens Delhi where the narrative building takes place. Britishers left a colonial Legacy which was adapted by this Lutyens Delhi. Even after the Independence in 1947, India was still governed by the colonial system. The group of people who continued this system can be considered as the Lutyens Brigade or the Urban Naxals.
Urban Naxals are the one who lived or transacted with Britishers right from the official inauguration of New Delhi as National capital by Lord Irwin in 1931 and lived with them until 1947. We can consider the span from 1931-1947 is where the Britishers trained these (Indian) people formally in the geographical Lutyens Delhi. Informally this task of colonizing the Indian mind was well begun in around 1835 by Thomas Babington Macaulay.
This trained Luty ens people talk, walk. Think, breathe and live like their British Masters. Today Lutyens Delhi is not only a location, but a part of the national capital that sets the agenda throughout the country.
The Urban Naxal Ecosystem comprises of :
Academicians
Journalists Section of Bollywood
National Policy makers
Authors, Poets
Bureaucrats
Politicians
Urban Naxals are also the Lobbyists who acted as brokers in government deals where they create win-win situation for the parties involved in the deals, which benefited the whole Urban Naxal ecosystem as well as the parties involved, which finally resulted in huge scams like 20, Coal, Commonwealth etc.
Lutyens Delhi is not only a mere location, but has become an Ecosystem comprising all the above-mentioned people in the Urban Naxal group and share the same ideology.
Now we will talk about the people who live or operate from this part of the national capital, and see how precisely their ecosystem play a major role in setting agenda throughout the country, who meet, gather and discuss the narrative to build throughout the country at this location of the national capital.
Some of the claims made by Lutyens Group (Urban Naxals):
Raghav Bahl editor in chief of The Quint, made some claims of powers that this Lutyens Ecosystem holds in the National Capital (Link to the Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=agrbuozhElc).
Lutyens Delhi has the power to remove or reposition Prime ministers.
They (Lutyens) think in English and consider it as Natural Indian Language, consider it as their legacy, and they are equal to other language thinkers.
They are sharp, Intelligent critics, and If their suggestions can be taken into action, then it will surely result fruitful.
Their (Urban Naxals) advice will make leaders powerful.
Listen to Lutyens people's advice, don't get afraid from their criticisms, learn from them, considering their advice will guarantee their government for full term.
Lutyens claim that 1969-1989 is the sample of their influence in the national politics. They consider this span of 20 years where they form and collapsed Indian governments.
Some of their claims between 1969-1989:
Consider Indira Gandhi's Emergency as President's Black rule.
Lutyens comments, criticism led to the downfall of Indira Gandhi Government.
Rise and Fall of Janta Party because of Involvement Lutyens Ecosystem.
Ramnath Goenka whom Lutyens consider as their man, said that country is now in the safe hands.
Downfall of Rajiv Gandhi Government due to Lutyens people.
Lutyens advice led formation & working of VP Singh Government.
Now if we observe the above claims, Lutyens (Urban Naxals) are trying to show that they were the main reasons behind the formations of Indian Governments and if their advice, comments, criticisms are ignored then the downfall of the government is sure.
We can also observe, that during this tenure of 1969-1989 there were many occasions were this nation suffered huge loss like Emergency: Anti Sikh Riots, Militancy in Punjab, Operation blue star, Kashmir Genocide. Mandal Commision. Entry of Radical Islamic terrorism.
During this span of 20 years Russian intelligence agency KGB managed to enter and influence Indian Federal Structure. Vasili Nikitich Mitrokhin, a major and senior archivist for the Soviet Union's foreign intelligence service, the First Chief Directorate of the KGB, who defected to the United Kingdom in 1992 after providing the British embassy in Riga with a vast collection of KGB files, which became known as the Mitrokhin Archives.
The intelligence files given by Mitrokhin to the MI6 exposed an unknown number of Russian agents, including Melita Norwood. Also disclosing Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi (nicknamed VANO) on how she made India for sale.
The Mitrokhin archives claims "By 1973, The KGB had 10 Indian newspapers on its payroll plus a press agency. During 1975 the KGB planted 5,510 articles in Indian newspapers."
Scholar and Researcher Dr. Shankar Saran says, "Just as the history of the Soviet Union and other Communist countries has been falsified, the Communists twisted history through academic institutions in India".
On the other hand, Jawaharlal Nehru the first Prime Minister after British Departure from this nation, adapted the colonial system and had sympathy for communists. To support this Rationale, we would like to quote from a Biography on Jawaharlal Nehru written by Sankar Ghose, "The danger to India is not communism. It is Hindu right wing communalism"- Jawaharlal Nehru.
To sum up, Lutyens Delhi is governed mainly by Marxist ideologists.
Let us understand Marxism in very simple terms:
Marxism wants Social and Economic equality in the society To bring this equality they need to do violence.
The reason behind violent protests is to scare the extorting community and restrict the community from interrupting the protests. Their (Violence) protest shall continue until their goal is reached.
To create enmity between rich and poor.
Art of Violent protest by Marxists is inspired by their ideological masters like Mao Zedong who was estimated to have killed around 45 million people in the span of 4 years starting from 1958 in the name of "Great Leap Forward" in an effort to catch up with the economy of the Western world and Joseph Stalin who is believed to have killed around 20 million people during his tenure over the Soviet union.
Marxists gave intellectual base and supplied their false narrative to the Indian Muslims to fight against Hindus.
Philip Spratt, a British writer and intellectual. Initially a communist sent by the British arm of the Communist International (Comintern), based in Moscow, to spread Communism in India, he subsequently became a friend and colleague of M.N. Roy, founder of the Communist parties in Mexico and India, and along with him became an communist activist.
He was among the first architects, and a founding-member of the Communist Party of India, and was among the chief accused in the Meerut Conspiracy Case: he was arrested on 20 March 1929 and imprisoned.
As a result of his reading during his time in jail, and also his observation of political developments in Russia and Western Europe at the time. Philip Spratt renounced Communism in the early 1930s. After India gained independence from the British, he was among the lone voices- such as Sita Ram Goel-against the well-intentioned and fashionable leftist policies of Nehru and the Indian government.
Philip Spratt accused the Indian communists of taking money from Russia.
Howard Fast, an American Novelist and Television writer in his book Naked God states, "Communists can only be defeated by truth". Lutyens (Urban Naxals) are the one who may sell this country for their own benefit.
Urban Naxals: Torchbearers of Colonialism in Indian System:
Another formal process of narrative building in India is the Syllabus of UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) which conducts civil services exams throughout the country and recruits the candidates who manage to pass this 3 stage examination. The pattern of the Syllabus is still the same which was designed by the Britishers. Shubhash Chandra Bose passed & topped this examination during British rule and denied the offer of becoming the civil servant. It was a clear message from Bose that civil services is the disciplined way to follow and serve the British. Today the UPSC syllabus still follow the colonial pattern of examination
The Syllabus writers are non-government people. It follows old anthropology written by Western thinkers.
The psychology curriculum inspired by Westerners.
Political theory syllabus teach Liberalism. Feminism etc.
Millions of Aspirants appear for UPSC exams. They study western & colonial thinkers, ideology where Indian ideas are missing.
Sociology Syllabus based on European society. List of social thinkers includes Marx, Weber, Emilie Durkheim, Robert Menton etc.
Social Science includes Marxist & Weberian theory. Ignorance of real Indian Society. Religion & Society Syllabus: Totally sociological, nothing about Spirituality.
Study of Indian Society: Indology. Structural Functionalism. Marxist Sociology. No mention of Swadeshi Indology
Impact of colonial rule: Importance to social reforms, destruction of Indian languages, caste system, untouchability.
The other institutions (Part of the Urban Naxal Ecosystem) which join the process of narrative building are the UPSC coaching centers. These centers recommend several newspapers to be referred for the preparation of exams, mainly "The Hindu newspaper Articles published in the newspaper are discussed & promoted at the coaching centers.
For example, Ananya Vajpayee, a member of the Urban Naxal Ecosystem wrote an article in The Hindu Newspaper with the subject "Why Sheldon Pollock Matters" dated 17 march, 2016.
Sheldon Pollock is the mentor of Ananya Vajpayee. Pollock, In the name of South Asian studies, which is the biggest propaganda run by western Indologists to demean Indian Cultural Legacy.
In his book called "The Battle for Sanskrit", Rajiv Malhotra exposes Sheldon Pollock in making a deliberate attempt to remove the sacredness of the Sanskrit language and look at it from a narrow yet inferior lens and a biased point of view Sheldon Pollock was given Padma Shri by the Lutyens(Urban Naxals) Directed Government in 2010.
IAS mentors teach articles on Sheldon Pollock by Ananya Vajpayee on the topics like idea of of Liberty, Liberalism-context of Liberalism - Liberalism for Mankind, Right to Freedom Expression- for the progress of the society.
Millions of candidates are being brainwashed in this process to prepare and follow this Syllabus pattern, which is designed by the members of Urban Naxal Ecosystem.
Literature of Romila Thapar is also asked by UPSC mentors to be referred.hat we will discuss in the Later Section.
The Urban Naxal ecosystem endorses Thinkers who share the same ideology and demean the Bhartiya culture by giving them awards and recognition. This is also an Art of Narrative building.
Enactment of Secularism
Enacting secularism in the Indian constitution by Indira Gandhi Government in 1976 is the biggest disrespect towards the Hindu Religion which talks about "Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinaha" and "vasudhaiva kutumbakam" and the biggest weapon supplied to the communists and liberals to run the Narrative against the Hindus.
That means before the enactment of secularism, India was not a secular nation?
But is the country really secular now?
Article 29 protects the interests of the minorities by making a provision that any citizen / section of citizens having a distinct language, script or culture have the right to conserve the same. Article 29 mandates that no discrimination would be done on the ground of religion, race, caste, language or any of them.
Article 30 of the Indian constitution proclaims that: (1) All minorities, whether or not they are based on religion or on language. they shall have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their own choice.
What about the rights of the Majority. Nothing in the articles about discrimination against the Majority, Only Hindu temples are controlled by the government. Why do the temples come under state control?
Anticle 26-30 gives religious freedom to the country, but the same articles have been misused to deny religious freedom to the vast majority, the Hindus.
Introducing the word secular in the constitution also raises questions on Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar's secularism by the then Indira Govemment. This Word Secular is used by the Urban Naxal brigade at each and every crossroad of the country to demean the vast majority. Despite of the growth of many minorities like parsis, Sikhs, Christian and mainly the Muslims, Urban Naxals in the name of secularism corner the Hindu religion which talks about "Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu" a Sanskrit mantra which means "May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all."
We can correlate the year 1976 in which the "Secular" word was added in our constitution with the influence of KGB during these years as mentioned in the Mitrokhin Archives.
This Activity can be considered as to clear the hurdles coming in the communist way of nullifying the culture of the land and bring in communism throughout the country.
Many attempts have been made by the members of the party whose government added the word Secular in the constitution to defame the Hindu religion to show their secularism by attacking the actual definition of secularism which has been conveniently re-defined at many occasions to malign the Hindu religion.
One such attempt was made after the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks where Ajmal Kasab, one of the terrorist involved in the attack admitted that he was trained and motivated to attack India by Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, by coining "Hindu Terrorism" by former chief minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijay Singh and contributed the Lutyens in Building the Hindu terror narrative claiming RSS hand behind 26/11 Terror Attacks in a book launch event of the book "RSS ki Sazish 26/11 "by Aziz Burney. This book launch event was attended and endorsed by famous Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt.
From such malicious attempts we observe that the addition of the word Secular in the constitution was done to serve the single cause of defaming Hindu religion and creating a violent communal identity of the Hindus, where a Hindu feared to utter the word Hindu itself so that nobody labeled him/her as communal.
The biggest contribution in the Art of Narrative Building by this Urban Naxal Ecosystem is of the word SECULAR.
The Lutyens Media: One of the Most Important part of the Urban Naxal Ecosystem:
The Lutyens media is a very vast group of people in Print, Electronic and Social media. The Lutyens Ecosystem also endorsed India-Pakistan Cricket matches claiming terrorism has nothing to do with sports. This line ran throughout the country and as Indians are die hard cricket fans also get influenced by this narrative.
Let us understand the reason for this Narrative. Pakistan is an Islamic State and there are around 72 firqas in Islam. There is a great Inequality among these firqas. Due to this Inequality there are violent protests, inter firqa riots and a state of civil war is observed in such Islamic states like Pakistan. But it is said that the whole Pakistan unites when there is a cricket match against India.
Indian Lutyens media visited Pakistan and taking interviews of local Pakistan is showing their friendly and loving nature and comparing it with "Communal Indian nature". During such visits, the Lutyens Media from Pakistan started singing 'Aman ki asha' requesting the Indian Side to remain peaceful with Pakistan.
This is the height of narrative building where you ask a peaceful nation(India which has never tried to send a single infiltrator to Pakistan) to remain peaceful with the Violent nation (Pakistan) which in his former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto's claim "Thousand cuts to India" by waging proxy war by sending terrorists in India. This clearly shows that Lutyens media also have their masters in Pakistan.
Another instance where Lutyens media is exposed is their host Syed Gulam Nabi fai, who runs Kashmiri American Council from the United states of America, was busted by FBI and was well funded by Pakistani ISI. Fai ran fake propaganda against the Indian rule over Jammu & Kashmir supporting the separatists.
Fai, in fact, chose his people carefully to prove that the backers of the Kasligiri cause were not "ordinary" bleeding hearts, but people with clout.
The Guests List of Fai were for example, Justice Rajinder Sachar, who was commissioned by the UPA to author a report on the socio-economic plight of Muslims in India.
Dileep Padgaonkar was one of Manmohan Singh's three interlocutors on Jammu & Kashmir. Then there were people like Rita Manchanda, local partner of the India Pakistan Women Waging Peace movement, Ved Bhasin, Editor of Kashmir Times, Gautam Navlakha, Kamal Chenoy and Praful Bidwai, rights activists and writers.
But have Indian liberals (Lutyens) learned anything from their embarrassing association with Fai? It does not appear so. Some 53 of them, in fact, wrote a letter asking the US court which convicted Fai to show him leniency Among the writers were Rajmohan Gandhi, grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, Ved Bhasin and Gautam Navlakha.
While Rajmohan Gandhi is a peacenik in the Gandhi mould, the US attorney who sought Fai's sentencing, in fact, suggested that Navlakha was "introduced to an ISI general for recruitment by Fai at ISI's direction. Source - R. Jagannatan - Firstpost 31/03/2012.
Another art of Narrative building by Lutyens media is, some local newspapers publish some news maligning Indian system. This news are picked up by International media houses like New York Times and Washington post again maligning Indian system. This news from NYT and WP are then again referenced by national Indian Media houses claiming India's reputation is degrading internationally. This Local - International- National News referencing cycle goes on defaming Indian society and system especially after 2014.
Lobbying by Urban Naxal Brigade:
The Urban Naxal Ecosystem comprises lobbyists like Neera Radia. These Lobbyists act as multi taskers. They perform multiple tasks simultaneously to help their Ecosystem, on one hand they pursue ministers to get some work done, pursue media houses to run some stories, they organize Royal parties where ministers, media.
Bollywood stars, Businessmen meet and here is the place where lobbyists work for businessman to get their work done by some ministers by fixing their meets where they get their commission.
Neera Radia influenced media & the Goverment of India to appoint A. Raja to become the Telecom minister where 20 Spectrum Case takes place where all the stakeholders made huge money resulting in one of the biggest Scams of India where names of journalists like Brakha Dutt, Vir Sanghvi (Hindustan Times), Shankar Ayyar (India today) came in the limelight.
So we cannot limit the definition of narrative building to just a fake news or propaganda building but can extend it to funding of the people through lobbying & benefiting the people who are directly or indirectly involved in the process of narrative building.
Urban Naxal Academia:
Hindu phobic nature of Academicians like Romila Thapar is well known.
On 2 October 1986, the Times of India published a long joint letter by 12 Marxist historians led by Romila Thapar. The opening lines of the letter accused the newspaper of being almost communal because it had in the recent past published two reports about Qutub Minar and Mathura, both of which highlighted the destruction and desecration of Hindu Murtis and temples in those places by Islamic rulers. Even if such discovery comes to light on its own. and no matter how reputed an institution has uncovered it, just the mere publication of such news implies communalism to the Marxist historians of India.
The well-known English writer Gurcharan Das wrote that such an atmosphere has been created for secularism that today if someone studies the Vedas, Gita, Upanishads, Ramayana and Mahabharata they are required to clarify immediately that they are not "Hindu Communalists.
It is essential to realize that this atmosphere has been created because of the constant use of that tool: accusation and abuse by the Marxists. Sita Ram Goel challenged Thapar to furnish a single evidence supporting her facts. Despite being challenged on the point, till date, they have not been able to write even an article, let alone a book, which will throw light on the subject of destruction of Buddhist and Jain temples by Hindus.
Conclusion:
Here we are representing an overview of Art of Narrative Building in Lutyens Delhi-An Ecosystem of Urban Naxals where we want the readers to know the Lutyens ecosystem that lives between us, challenging the Bhartiya culture, where there is unity in diversity, where this diversity is used by this Left Liberal Ecosystem as tool to differentiate the Indian Society and instigate civil war throughout the country between Hindu and Muslim, Dala And Brahmin, Upper caste vs Lower caste, Rich vs Poor, caste vs caste, religion vs religion to set an unrest throughout the country fulfilling foreign agendas.
This ecosystem through academic brain-washing the young Indian minds and creates a sense of hatred for their own country and its people. The Breaking India forces that add fuel to the fire of fake Aryan-Dravidian Theory, claming south Indians (Dravidians) as the aboriginals and Aryans (North Ioch ans) as foreign aggressors.
To sum up we term the Indian Colonialists, Secularists, Marxists, Left Leaning Academicians enlightening Mughal and British rule as golden rule, Media which runs on payrolls of many International anti India organizations, NGOs which are running their religion conversion Business in tribal Areas, the Urban Naxals, Politicians, Section of Bollywood, Breaking India forces as URBAN NAXAL ECOSYSTEM having their Ideological and Somewhat Geographical base at the LUTYENS DELHI.
